ZTE Mobiles announced the successor version of ZMAX smartphone in USA called as ZTE ZMAX 2. It will be exclusively launching on September 25 via AT&T and TracFone carriers. The users can purchase this successor smartphone from at&t online and offline retail stores for $149.99 (no-contract). Compared to its predecessor, the manufacturer upgraded the hardware features and also downgraded the display size, battery capacity and price of the successor version.

The zmax 2 comes with 5.5-inch HD display while the previous version has 5.7 inch display. The new model has updated android 5.1 lollipop os, qualcomm snapdragon 410 chipset and 1.2 GHz quad core processor. Other features of this handset are 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 32 GB expandable memory, 8MP back camera (LED flash), 2MP front camera, 4G LTE network, WiFi, Bluetooth and 3000 mAh removable battery. It will be available in black color only.
