At IFA 2015 event Acer announced the 8-inch gaming tablet in predator series named as Acer Predator 8. This gaming tablet is now up for preorder at U.S retailers like tigerdirect and newegg. It also listed for preorder at Acer official store. The retailer will sell the 32 GB model of this tablet at $299.99. The newegg retailer will begins to deliver the tablet for customers from November 17.

The predator 8 tablet has 8-inch FHD (1920x1200) display, android lollipop os, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 1.6 GHz quad core processor and intel z8700 chipset. It will be available only in WiFi version. It comes with 5MP back camera and 2MP front camera. It sports 4-front facing speakers with DTS sound technology. It has 4550 mAh battery with 8.5 hrs of usage time.
