Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 now receiving Nougat update in US

Earlier in April Samsung begins the Android 7.0 Nougat update roll out for Galaxy Tab S2 users. Now the company expands this firmware update to US. Yes the nougat software is now available to download for Tab S2 (8.0-inch & 9.7-inch) users.

According to source, the galaxy tab s2 8-inch model getting the update as T710XXU2DQCL. For tab s2 9.7-inch model it will come as T810XXU2DQCL. The download size for 9.7-inch model will be in 852.27MB. The software bundle also update the security patch level of both tablets to April month. The nougat for tab s2 includes revamped UX, new performance modes, multi-window, enhanced notification, customizable quick settings button and more.

Before upgrading your tablet maintain the battery charge level and also use WiFi network to download large files. In some cases the update may interrupt so backup your files to prevent from loss. If the nougat OTA is available for your tablet tap install now option to upgrade. You can also perform manual update checking from Settings menu. If it’s available download & install it, otherwise you need to wait for your turn.
