Poco F1 users who enrolled their device in beta program has started to receive new software update. This MIUI 10 based beta build brings new exciting features to camera such as 960 fps slow motion video and super low light mode. As well as, the update will also revamp the app section structure in the settings menu. That’s all the changes they’ve mentioned on the changelog, but the update may perform some hidden tasks like bug fixes and system stability enhancements.

Xiaomi will seed this software update to Poco F1 users as MIUI 10 8.12.4 (nightly). If you’re an existing beta tester you will receive this update via OTA and the firmware file weighs around 184 MB, you can download it using WiFi or mobile data. The eligible beta testers can also check for the update manually from settings menu.

Earlier Xiaomi has promised to bring 60fps support for 4K video recording, most of the Poco F1 users are eagerly waiting for this update. But sadly this new beta update didn’t carry this expected feature for this device. Another interesting fact is that Poco F1 to go on sale with exciting price offer (up to Rs.5,000) from Dec 6 to Dec 8 on flipkart. It’s the right time for users who have planned to buy this device.
