Sony handset maker planned to release new set of devices at Mobile World congress 2014. After the success of Xperia Tablet Z, Sony ready to introduce their next series of Xperia Z2 tablet. The rumored specifications of the tablet are also leaked. The Xperia Z2 tablet comes with upgraded hardware, processors and RAM; other specifications are similar to Xperia tablet Z. The tablet has 10.1 Inch display with 1920 x 1200 resolution. As per rumor, the tablet comes with Triluminos display, 2.3 GHz quad core processor and Snapdragon 800 chipset. The tablet may release with Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system and 3 GB RAM. The tablet has 16 GB inbuilt memory and expandable memory with microSD slot. The tablet has 8 Megapixel rear camera and 2 Megapixel front camera. The user can make video call through device front camera. It also has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G and more connectivity features. Just like Xperia Z tablet, It also has inbuilt 6000 mAh. The specifications of this tablet may vary at the time of release. Sony may announce the Xperia Z2 Tablet before the end of February 2014.
