Verizon wireless carrier has announced the software update for Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 users. It will include the latest android security patch update for the month February 2016. It will also fix issues and enhance the performance of the tablet. This update will carry the software version LMY47X.T817VVRS2APB2.

The verizon will roll out this software update on phase method, so all the galaxy tab s2 users will not receive the update at the same time. The update will reach the tablet through OTA update which can be downloaded via WiFi only. The approximate time to download the update will be 6 – 10 minutes. If the user facing any download issue, just download the verizon’s software upgrade assistant tool to solve the problem. If the software update notification reaches your device then choose the install now option to start installation process. For manual software update checking select the settings > about phone > software updates > check for updates.
