Samsung mobiles now upgrading Galaxy Note 3 software to latest android 5.0 lollipop. The software update for Note 3 is available in U.S and India. Later they will roll out this firmware update to other countries. For T-Mobile users, it will fix the bugs and adds new features. The new version comes with fixed IPV6 email setup and one way WiFi calling bugs and also adds improved WiFi calling experience to users.

If your handset is eligible for lollipop update, the user will receive a notification or alert for firmware update. You can skip this installation for limited times, once it exceeds maximum limits it will download automatically and upgrade your device. You can also manually check for update by Settings > General > About device > Software update. If the update is available for your device then download the file and follow the instructions.
