Steps to reset your phone:

• Before reset your mobile backup all you files on SD card then restart your mobile.

• Press and Hold Power button, home button, Volume up and down button some time.

• Release the buttons when the logo is displayed on the screen.

• You can use Volume up and down button for navigation and Power button as Enter.

• Select the Wipe Data reset and choose option Yes.
