Followed by May security patch, Samsung is now seeding June month security update for Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge owners in USA. This latest patch is now available to download for T-Mobile network users. The carrier has updated the changelog at the support page and also mentioned the release date as June 29. The new software version for S7 and S7 Edge will be in G930TUVU4BQF6 and G935TUVU4BQF6.

For galaxy s7 the update file will weigh in 355.44 MB while the download size for s7 edge will come as 357.18 MB. As per the release notes, the new firmware will install the June 2017 security patch and system performance optimization. Before upgrading charge the handset battery 50% or above and also use WiFi network to avoid disconnection. If you’ve eligible handset you will receive the security update via OTA. If you’d like to check for update manually go to Settings > Software update >Download updates manually.
