AT&T wireless has released android 6.0.1 marshmallow update for Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 (T807A) users. This firmware will update the android version to 6.0.1 and baseband version to T807AUCU1CPI8. It also brings the September 1 android security patch update for this tablet. The carrier also updated the changelog at the support page of this tablet.

It adds a new NumberSync feature which allows users to sync their existing mobile number on their tablet. By syncing their mobile number the user can able to receive video and voice calls on the tablet. The carrier already rolled out this software update it will be available for download via FOTA (Firmware-Over-The-Air).

The firmware size is 1063MB so the user must connect their device to WiFi network. If you didn’t get the automatic update notification just check it manually from the Settings > General Tab > About device > Software update > Check for updates. Once you received the notification download the update and proceed to install.
