Earlier Realme (sub-brand of Oppo) has announced the older devices which are running on android oreo will be updated to Android Pie (including Color OS 6), but they didn’t mention the exact time frame. Now the Realme confirmed the release date of Android Pie beta along with Color OS 6.0 through official community forum.

For Realme 2 Pro the beta roll out has been scheduled on May 15 (i.e. coming Wednesday) including Hal3 support (Camera2 API). While other devices like Realme 1 / U1 and Realme 2 & C1 will receive this android pie beta update on next month June 5 and June 15. They’ve also notified that the stable version of ColorOS 6 will arrive in phased manner (will take 15 to 20 days), once it exits the beta stage. Digital Wellbeing feature is also coming to realme devices with ColorOS 6.0.

Recently the Realme has released the Android Q Beta 3 update for Realme 3 Pro device, of course it’s the first phone from the manufacturer that suits for the Android Q os.
