
Just two days back, OnePlus 5T flagship smartphone went for sale through amazon for prime users. Now the company is rolling out a new Oxygen OS 4.7.2 version for this two days old mobile. At launch OnePlus has confirmed it will be preinstalled with Oxygen OS 4.7.0. The latest update brings some improvements and optimizations for this device. However the company didn’t made any official news about this update, but some OnePlus 5T owners is now receiving this update.
 
According to the screenshot, the new update will optimize the fingerprint and face unlock performance, enhances the screen off gestures accuracy, improves the ESI feature for 4K video recording, security patch for Krack Wifi vulnerability (WiFI WPA2), stability tweaks and other bug fixes.
This firmware update weighs in 107MB, it’s not too much big. OnePlus 5T users will receive this software update through OTA in stages. Once the OTA update is available for your handset you can download it using WiFi or mobile data. Also maintain the sufficient battery level to avoid disconnections and errors. OnePlus is currently working on Android 8.0 Oreo for 5 and 5T handsets. Recently they’ve upgraded the OnePlus 3 and 3T to OxygenOS 5.0 (Android 8.0 Oreo).
