On 23 October 2012, in Espoo Finland Nokia announced the Nokia’s smart phone Lumia 510  an entry level smart phone. This makes the windows phone more affordable. The Price of this smart phone will be $199 excluding taxes and subsidies.. This will be available in the market from the November in India, China, and South America and Asia-pacific countries.
