Motorola has surprised their fans by rolling out the Android 8.0 Oreo update for Moto Z2 Force users. Verizon wireless is currently pushing this Oreo firmware in U.S. Still the carrier didn’t make any official announcement about this update. The support page also didn’t refreshed and shows the last update details. The software version for Verizon powered moto z2 force will be in ODX27.109-34.

The oreo update for Moto Z2 Force brings improvements in productivity, performance, notifications and usability. We already know about the oreo features like picture in picture mode, fast booting, new emojis, notification dots, autofill form, instant apps etc. It also updates the security patch of this handset to December 2017.

Verizon carrier is currently sending out this software update via OTA in phases. To receive the automatic OTA connect your handset to WiFi or mobile data and also charge the battery level above 50 percent. This is a major software update so the update size will be in big, use recommended data connection for download.
