Today Microsoft mobile announces a new mid range level windows smartphone named as Lumia 540 Dual Sim. Microsoft will launch this device from the beginning of May 2015 in selected countries. The handset will be available for the price of $149 or 9300 INR. It comes in white, black, orange and cyan colors.

The lumia 540 dual has 5-inch IPS display with HD (720x1280) resolution. It comes with Windows 8.1 (Lumia Denim) os, 1.2 GHz quad core processor, qualcomm snapdragon 200 chipset, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory and microSD card slot. Later they will roll out windows 10 software update once it available for this device. It has 8 Megapixel back camera with flash and 5 Megapixel selfie camera. It comes with 2200 mAh removable battery which will standby for 24 days.
