LG has started to push new software update for its LG V30 unlocked version. This firmware brings November month security patch and perform some enhancements on this device. Recently the LG V30 has received the Android Oreo beta version in South Korea. The users who own LG V30 (H930) unlocked units are eligible for this update.

The software version and build number of this new update will be in V10v-EUR-XX and N2G47H. This enhancement update weighs in big size 499.48 MB (nearly 500 MB). Along with security patch, it will also improve the usability and functionality of the handset and also perform bug fixes. After installing this update, the android version of LG V30 will be bumped to 7.1.2.

The security patch roll out has already started and it will reach your handset via OTA. To download this OTA update you need to connect your handset to uninterrupted network like WiFi. Also charge the device battery level above 50 percent to stay away from unexpected errors. You can also manually check for updates from Settings > About phone.
